Wait wait wait... an apple pie version. Like how detroit style pizza is but add the spices to the dough, par bake it so that it starts to form the crust then add the apple to it. OR build it like an apple pie with the cooked apples dimpled into the focaccia. FUCK! The ideas

Already thinking through this. I dont think I am going to do the usual focaccia recipe. I might make the dough with clove and cinnamon in it to give it an extra warm spice hit.
