When you decide to treat your suiter and artist for doing good work on your stuff. Made her an A5 Wagyu beef tartare. It was so good. So much flavor and balance. The texture was insane.

Felt like going a bit wild tonight. Made bibimbap with Korean Shortribs, homemade pickles carrots and daikon, charred bak choy and green onions, and eggs. Was a very filling meal and tasted delicious.

Went to my local green market today to start pulling vendors to supply the food stall. Found some great stuff and some good steaks from costco. Wagyu ribeye cap with a blue cheese sauce, green beans with onion and bacon, and roasted asparagus.
