Hell yes! I like to give my body pep talks, tell it what we need to focus on and how we can adjust. It's like the one place in life I feel good using middle management speak.

To me its an example of a highly specific meaning being overwritten by a more general one, largely because the specific word sounds more high falutin. Give this old man some yard to keep the kids off, basically.
