Oh and I totally forgot the Brit Awards I won tickets to in 2003! That counts as a concert, right? I saw Pink (worst), Avril Lavigne (brilliant), Coldplay (rubbish), David Gray (the best), Kylie & Justin Timberlake performed together & we left during Tom Jones who won the lifetime achievement award!

3/3 It was last minute, unexpected and difficult, but not for sharing part of myself, only the public speaking aspect. I was just myself and felt like I belonged. Luckily someone caught the moment for me.

2/3 For someone who used to try so hard to fit in, contorting myself into someone I'm not just to conform, this meant a lot. I performed my own work at storytelling night at The Elm Tree yesterday and got good feedback.

I was reminded how special it is to be able to see a deer every day yesterday, when it circled where I was sitting eating lunch outside with someone who hadn't seen him for about a year. Then he bleated at us and sat down right near us to eat his lunch with us. A moment to savour indeed!
