I'm pretty sure he's genuinely angry at the people who died for tarnishing his "beautiful" presidency.

He literally took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution on Monday.
Since then, he's tried to overrule 14A (birthright citizenship) and is now challenging 22A (terms limits for the president).
