I wish the rich donors and whoever convinced President Trump to lower the tariffs cared as much about people facing hunger, and so would convince him to restore Poverty Focused Development Assistance and increase SNAP, WIC and the Child Tax Credit. Now that really would be a beautiful thing!

Have focused this weekend on finding alternative places and sites to Amazon and Whole Foods, to buy what we usually have gotten from them. We figure that where we spend our money is one thing we can control.
