Study in Neurology re triggers for driving cessation found cognitive impairment and poor cog results factored more than brain imaging and CSF biomarkers of dementia. Not surprising as AD is complex and progression so “patchy” that biomarkers will not be reliably predictive. @drjunejd.bsky.social
