Spent the last couple of weeks looking at rescue kitties to adopt and out of the blue a friend gets in touch to see if I'd be interested in this little boy. He's ready to leave mum in 3 weeks and I'm madly in love already 🤩

Planning on gathering elderberries later in the week to make winter elixir if anyone's interested I'll happily share the process and recipe?
They're also great to freeze if you want to make up recipes at a later date too. I don't even rinse them, just straight into bags into the freezer 🌿

A little tip for anyone who wants to pick rosehips but don't have time to make anything with them on the same day...they freeze really well!
Rinse the hips & pat dry with a clean tea towel. Throw handfuls into bags to freeze & that's it.
The ice replicates frost & sweetens them in the freezer too🌿

These are Lavender, common garden Sage and Rowan bundles I make sourced from my garden or local woodland. One of my favourite ways to cleanse a room is to clap in each corner.
