PubMed not working in the Philippines

This happened before but it came back after a few hours. Hope it comes back with all lit intact.

TB updates (from 2020): it's now TPT not IPT, genexpert>afb smear, no more CategoryI, II etc but just Regimen I & II, shortened regimen 4mos instead of 6 for uncomplicated TB.

Prompted GPT to generate portrait image of a child, then an adult, w/chickenpox & these are the results. Tried to "edit" w/ prompts to rotate the image of the child and to remove those rashes on the shirt but I guess polkadot chickenpox shirts go well with the skin rashes 😅

It's hand, foot, and mouth disease, but sometimes the rashes also appear on the elbow (as pictured), and the diaper area

Here, elbow papules appeared first and then not quite noticeable, but when you know where to look, faint red papules are starting to form between fingers, too
