We have one being discussed in Lowell Township, west Michigan. A lot of community members from Lowell Township and City of Lowell are meeting next week to discuss it and how to address it with both the Township Board and City Council.

In general think this sorta thing is good. Wider public, businesses, politicians usually need to see economic value to save natural spaces. Not easy to put a $ value to this sort of thing so I respect the effort, plus they use this for schoolgroup education. The specific #s, not sure on them.
