Verizon FiOS at my place is messed up. And this was using wired Ethernet direct to box (bypassing their router).
Using their website, I reported this as feedback and it said "Thanks for your feedback!"

Except I had disconnected the cable and the Wi-Fi so there was no way they got feedback. 😵‍💫
