I have come to the realization that I am not going to be able to do any october art challenges PROPERLY due to being busy during at least 3/4 of it. The good news is I started working on #cringetober this morning and I have already finished 4 of em >:) BUUUT I keep being overly ambitious AF...

I'm trying to figure out, if I make stickers of my OCs, what's the best style to do it in... Chibi feels classic, but it's not my usual art style, and I can't decide if I like it (and if I do, how extreme a chibi?). Leaning towards more realistic tbh, but then - eye, nose style etc...

New OC introduction! This is Aleia (uh-ley-ah), she's a unicorn turned human who is trapped in a deal with a witch who steals her powers to get immortality. She was sacrificed into it by her family, who she is still loyal to.

This was fun to draw! Except the background, which tried to kill me dead <3 the characters are SO good tho. I love them. Especially Gabriel <3<3<3

I'm in Japaaaaan! Meeting some old friends and seeing some flowers :3 I also went to a yarn store and went absolutely wild (by which I mean I bought about 10 balls of yarn but it took me an hour)

Spontaneously made an articulated movable paper doll of my OC Anna, transfem demon extraordinaire 🥰 this took about nine hours probably? It's all made of paper including the joints, w/ colored paper + clear tape for "lamination". Kinda janky, but I love her anyway!

My most egregious use of nicknames is with these two bffs. Jamie is oft also called James (by Caleb or by her dad), but that's nothing. Caleb? Jamie gives him them all. K-Cal, Calcopter, Califlower, Calculator, California, ... or just Cal for short.

Tried out some new posca pens I got recently! I don't quite have the right colors for realism so it's unrealistic or nothing. Well, no matter -- trans flag colors work great for Sara. Not 100% on the anatomy when painting yet, but uh. I do also like the sketch!

I may not be super good at drawing him (and I did it in pen so the bad ones are there forever) but damnit I AM an Izzy Hands apologist. He's so wet and sad and his voice is the best kind of voice. He deserved so much better, really he did.

I'm a mainly digital artist who mostly draws my OCs :) I swear it's not JUST Jamie and her friends but that's what this collection makes it look like, haha. I hope to do more digital polished art in the near future :)
