We did our first mid-construction blower door test on the laneway house we're buying. We achieved 1.18 ACH. That's a pretty good start.

This weekend we went to Hefly lake. We saw 2 turkey vultures (first I've seen near kamloops), a swimming snake (firt I've seen), and a curious turtle swam right up to us to say hello.

April 19th, My bro and I hiked from Tranquille to McQueen Lake, touching the peaks of Mara, and Wheeler on the way. We were supposed to summit Opax and came really close but ran out of time. I had something like 30 tics on me which is a new record. Now my legs are very tired.

Last night my daughter and I camped in the back yard. Today she's playing in the sprinkler with her friend. Not bad for Feb 22.

Very cool. We can grow citeus fruit in Canada. BC should support expanding and replicating her opperation!

Despite the mild weather, there's a bit of river across the street from our house that was shallow and still enough to freeze solid and beautifully smooth.
