The combat is barebones, pretty easy & ultimately boring. The real meat of the game is exploration, world building & puzzles. You'll definitely need a pen & paper, your eyes, ears, & memory.

I'm more Audio too. I do like to grab the physicals of my favourites though, just in case the tech goes sideways. Oh, i had an Audible credit, so grabbed the first Bob book.
