hopefully he is still capable of being shamed. I called my Dad out on tossing his gum wrapper out the window 40+ years ago and he still mentions it occasionally. I don’t think he’s littered since ☺️ He says he ‘still hears my little voice’

These are one of the better ghosted numbers I’ve seen, I can read them well. The matte black helmets are soooooo good. I think I just like black jerseys, the old Canucks skate is still one of my favourites

I really hope the expansion teams/league expand their palette. There are lots of colours that aren’t a variant of blue/greens. I’m scared they will try to play it too safe for marketing reasons

while it’s not the end result I wanted tonight, (sad wee-woo) I absolutely agree that Murphy was lights-out. I’m looking forward to seeing more of her between the pipes.

I’m really concerned about losing the Neil Balkwell Centre. There isn’t anything else like it for programming. Classes are always full. It creates such community. First losing the Regina Folk Fest, now this. 😣

they actively try to slot in female officials @ elite female level, not enough to go around. Officiating is a thankless job. Encourage woman, support them, but don’t exclude men. Daughter’s fav coach, that nurtured growth for 2 years is male. She cried when she learned he wasn’t coaching this year

I would say 35%+ of our youth hockey officials are female here and they officiate everyone (based on level only) We’re so desperate that if we segregated, we’d be screwed. It’s much less at the elite (male) level. We also must have 1 female coach per female team to be sanctioned

love that! We had an awkward lot that nobody wanted to buy next to my childhood cabin. We utilized it well playing ‘mantracker’.
