How terrible! The TBI is spouting all sorts of nonsense recently. They also said we should roll over on copyright law for AI because a stricter approach could “damage ties with the United States”. For someone who was a Labour PM, his institute is coming across rather right wing these days.

Just practice writing the kana, it’s like learning your ABCs. Start with hiragana, practice writing them line by line (start ka か、ki き、ku く、keけ、koこ).Memorise line by line, then move on to katakana. It’s easy! Try to do it on paper, not digitally, as it sticks better in your memory. Have fun! 😊

America is over. There is no coming back from this.
If we're lucky maybe we claw back some small-l liberalism for our daily lives. But even that might be too much to hope for.
