Interested in exploring complicated structural biology problems using EPR and other methods
We also use EPR to investigate supramolecular biological objects, such as ribosome-RNA complexes. In our recent work we have compared different spin labeling approaches for the investigation of ribosome-mRNA binding. Turns out, contradictory results may, in fact, be okay!

Exploring combined spin-labeling approach for structural studies of mRNA in the human ribosome
In this study, we investigated the structural variability of mRNA in the human ribosome by comparing two spin-labeling strategies: one involving an mRNA analog

Enhanced Binding Site Identification in Protein–Ligand Complexes with a Combined Blind Docking and Dipolar Electron Paramagnetic Resonance Approach
Understanding protein–drug complex structures is crucial for elucidating therapeutic mechanisms and side effects. Blind docking facilitates site identification but is hindered by computational complex...

One of our focus points is an application of laser EPR spectroscopy for the investigation of photoactive biological systems. For example, we have shown that EPR allows detection of laser-induced changes in (strange) DNA quadruplexes complexed with photosensitizers doi.org/10.1039/D3CP...
Revealing light-induced structural shifts in G-quadruplex-porphyrin complexes: a pulsed dipolar EPR study
The binding of G-quadruplex structures (G4s) with photosensitizers is of considerable importance in medicinal chemistry and drug discovery due to their promising potential in photodynamic therapy appl...
