Regarding Europe rearming, we should:
1) Leverage all existing weapons stocks immediately, acting as one military. Not every country needs wartime redundancies immediately.
2) Pool procurement to where there is existing know-how. It is easier to scale up, than start from scratch, cont. (1/x)

The nastier Trump gets the better. There are forces in motion in Europe that have been dormant as long as I can remember: Pride, unity, true sense of purpose. I hope Trump keeps on feeding them so they stick.
