Having been blissfully avoidant of technological progress for several years I am gobsmacked🤯 how good ChatGPT 5 is at writing fully functioning applications from a paragraph of software requirements. Magical stuff. Shifts the human software developer to more of project management and testing role.

This round of social and microblog applications fell short of the power flex I had envisioned. Therefore, social media must first fail before a more powerful human/machine integrated network can emerge and truly dazzle users.
Subtweeting both GPT5 pitch and Gary Vaynerchuck’s saying we are in the post social media era now, because algorithms are focused on pushing content people will be interested in, far more than content from people we follow. At what costs?
