When will we learn that we have to pay a proper price for water, sewage, and other utilities like grid services. We have avoided capital investment in society in order to spend on current expenditure for far too long. We’re living beyond our means.

A little close for comfort. Was about 5 metres away. But he was more interested in the female behind me oestrus so sex not dinner was in his mind. I was unprotected so a little concerned 😳
