I've worked in about all flavors of WFH; if you asked me to go in one day a week. I would be stoked (full remote is kinda awful IMO).

Natural experiment looking at zostavax roll-out in Wales that showed a reduction in dementia dx. The heterogeneity by sex is just wild (i.e. only benefit in women). It's a pretty solid study design with sensitivity analyses. Outcome ascertainment obv suboptimal.

Lol- no reasons actually given. I suspect it might have something to do with taxes. I just love that they are moving their HQ to the other side of the country where they have no restaurants.

Specialists see the bottom line (i.e. the people much more likely to have PA). The vast majority of people w/HTN are the top 2 lines.
