If you enjoy something, then embrace it. If you’re not hurting anyone, including yourself, then have a good time. These things could help your overall mental health. You will feel healthier, happier, and fulfilled. My hobby for many, many years has been collecting Hulk memorabilia.

I was outside and saw what I thought were stars. At first, they were close together, not moving, and brightly illuminated. I found it odd that I could only see three stars in the sky. Then, suddenly, they started slowly moving away from each other. The lights began flashing red, white, and blue.

We said we would #NeverForget but, unfortunately, many have. That day, we all came together, regardless of our differences, to mourn our fallen and unite our country. Now, sadly, we have never been more divided. We need to be better!

Dying by suicide as a result of a mental illness is not cowardly, heartless, or thoughtless. Actually, it's quite the contrary. To understand its reality, you don't have to be a misfit in Oz walking the yellow brick road. Don't be afraid to peek behind the curtain of your loved one.

I love this! I ordered food to be delivered, and when it arrived, this note was on the bag—handwritten, powerful, and heartfelt. It’s little things like this that could make somebody’s day and help them survive suicidal ideation. Whoever this person was who wrote this. Thank you.

Facebook wants me to pick a charity for my birthday to solicit donations from my friends and family. They think that because it’s attached to my birthday, they will receive more money. I don’t know about you, but I’m not interested in helping Facebook receive a tax write-off.

I love this photo of my pup, Mulan, dressed as Gizmo from Gremlins for Halloween. She hated it, and probably hated me for putting her in it, but it made for a great memory.

We are supporting our causes and each other. We each have taken different steps to get where we are today, but that doesn’t mean we can’t walk hand in hand moving forward. We may not completely understand each other’s struggles, but that doesn’t mean we can’t help them succeed.
