anyone who has the free effort to actually record their water use and present it for permitting will pass it. like they don't use that much water, that's just not a thing, they're better behaved than farms or like 90% of factories. they are just a warehouse with a lot of space heaters, dude.

Today, in Utah, homeowners *or renters* can simply buy a solar panel at Costco, take it home, and plug it in to a wall socket, like an appliance. It just sits there & trims about 15-20% off a residential power bill. If you move to another apt., you can take it with you.

My friends had decided to start playing Dungeons and Dragons immediately before, and that helped a lot. And it was also a case when “I am old but I still use roommates??” turned into a blessing.
