I'm really loving how you can convey complex concepts with ThreeJS in an interactive way.

Here's another visualization I created for the motion collection device I developed. The first stage shows the data from an uncalibrated magnetometer. The second shows the data after it's calibrated.

I wanted to demonstrate how this medical device I worked on can collect motion data, so I added a live visualization of the acceleration and rotation. This all works in the browser with the 3D model!

I've been working on adding some 3D components to my portfolio, and it's been shaping up really well. Here's a preview!

I've had fantastic success with the Bambu Lab H2D. There hasn't been a single failed print, including those with support enabled.

The dual-AMS mount worked out really well. I printed it with PETG-CF (carbon fiber) and it feels solid. I would highly recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to stack their AMS systems (or have them off to the side).

Printing some desiccant containers for the AMS 2 Pro. Second AMS arrives today!

Printing with carbon fiber (PETG-CF) for the first time. Cross your fingers!

After working with the Bambu Labs H2D for a while, I decided to grab a second AMS 2 Pro.

Now to find the right way to mount them. Maybe this?

After four incredible years, I'm wrapping up my time at Qr8 Health. I'm grateful for the journey and the brilliant people I worked with.

I'm now exploring what's next—if you're building something meaningful and think I can help, let's talk.

Literally every day my Mail app will say I have unread mail when I don't. Usually this happens when I archive the message on my phone.

Opening the app, tapping "Get new messages", filtering/unfiltering, nothing fixes it besides quitting and reopening.

Happens on iPhone too!

My new favorite YouTuber is RobertFeranec. If you're interested in building custom electronics, you should absolutely check him out.

He basically gives an entire electrical engineering degree in video form.

OK, it's possible I went a little too far on this upgrade cycle...

These will replace a 16" M1 Max MacBook Pro. It's great, but I should have went with the smaller model. I want a beefy setup on my desk and a portable-but-capable laptop when I'm on the go.

Trying something new!

After weeks of procrastination, I'm finally kicking off my generator shed project!

Up until now, powering up the generator during outages has been a hassle: wheeling it out to the shed, covering it from the rain, and starting it, and hoping I don't get struck by lightning. It's time to fix this!

I took the plunge and upgraded to a Bambu Lab H2D printer. My Ultimaker S3 will still be around, but it will be more of a "secondary" printer for now.

I considered getting a FormLabs 4, but the health risks associated with resin printers make me uneasy. Maybe one day!

I just updated my portfolio with some new projects, including one involving deep brain stimulation. Go check it out!
