(2/2) #Montreal will continue acquiring, esp by exercising its right of pre-emption, w/ plans to invest $566.7m over 10 yrs, guided by a bylaw re what bldgs + where. Mayor @valplante.bsky.social: "we will continue to acquire rooming houses ... often the last line of defense before homelessness."
