In 2020, @bostonbar.bsky.social co-authored an amicus brief, in support of a case brought by two DA's, opposing ICE enforcement in and around courthouses, in order to protect the sanctity of the courts as a branch of government, guarantee equal access to justice, and preserve individual rights.
