A stunning development in Canada: Conservative Party leader Pierre Poilievre didn’t just lose his bid to become Prime Minister — he lost his own seat in Parliament.

Poilievre has officially been defeated in his Carleton riding by Liberal candidate Bruce Fanjoy.

The Charter of Rights and Freedoms is the embodiment of our principles and our aspirations as Canadians.

It must be protected — not wielded for political gain.

Forty-three years on, the Charter remains strong — and it’s on all of us to defend it.

Cutting off the miserly US funding to the third world for things like easily preventable diseases and clean drinking water, etc, will have horrific consequences, and by no means will they be redistributing that wealth in America

I for one am excited for TikTok to show me a splashy "The US GOVERNMENT HAS DESTROYED EVERYTHING YOU LOVE" screen when I open the app next week followed by Donald Trump crawling through glass to get it back because it helped get him elected thus solidifying him as a HERO OF THE EVERYDAY AMERICAN.
