Team Nordic Trail group run last night, theme of the day: short intervals.

I usually run solo, but joining a weekly group session isn’t bad at all — I get to try things I’d never do alone. And meeting people doesn't hurt either 😁

My another hobby (in addition to running) is astronomy/astrophotography.

I just searched for new people to follow, with term "runner". Two in the top list were also astronomers.
