As someone who worked in a call center... Keep calling. The company starts with the smallest people, being a firewall between YOU and the BOSS. Once everyone on reception will quit, the bosses will realize that they are the only ones left to answer the tidal wave of angry customers.

Do not throw hissy fits as if trans people are asking for a Democratic nominee who will give every one of them a pony and free fresh highlights. They are asking to be protected from hate crimes. They are asking to use public services. They are asking to have their records reflect their reality.
