(Being a food-sensitive person myself, I understand how one can just KNOW certain things mess you up, and sometimes it feels impossible to make others understand that these physiological reactions are VERY real.)

Inquiring minds want to know: do you avoid all alcohol-containing foods, too? (Soy sauce, ACV/balsamic, kimchi, ripe bananas/other fruits, yogurt, mustard, flavor extracts, etc…).
