One of my accounts was deleted, before, either on the ridiculous basis that I was supposedly impersonating myself, or because I was supposedly posting "misleading information." The complaint was a vague one, as you can see.

At 8:22 pm, I saw the second unhelpful reply, went into detail as to why it was unhelpful and repeated my request to talk to a supervisor. As far as I could tell, I hadn't, yet.
All I got was a lot of stalling, eg. hints that I should go out and buy a laptop, if I couldn't connect through a desktop

At 6:28 pm, yesterday, I got another unhelpful reply as your employee refused to accept the reality that the problem, whether it was a technical or administrative one (we'll get to that in a second) was at your end. He decided to have me jump through some hoops.

At 12:55, I added a request to talk to the anonymous employee's supervisor, because the employee replying had either been clueless or deliberately unhelpful. Either way, I needed help that I wasn't going to get from whoever had replied.

We'll log into our accounts, but once in, won't be able to do anything. I sent in the letter you see in the receipts above on Monday, and soon got this acknowledgement on Monday, October 20th, 2025 at 5:32 PM, according to my email provider.

In this first one, yes, I did include my contact email in the email I sent in. I've erased it in the receipt, because I don't want to post it in public and end up being harassed through email by crazed fan boys and incels.
