I’ve tried and tried. Ours just jumps in front of me to stop me running. I put it down to him being a collie and hard wired to stop things running away. Truth is probably just that he’s a dickhead.

I know exactly what you mean about the mental side of it. 11 weeks out. First little run today meant so much to me. Teared up a couple of times while I was out. My mood since has been incredible.
