I’m done being afraid of emotions. Sure, many of the lowest moments in my life were in some way due to “negative” emotions, especially with my depression. But I wouldn’t feel as proud of myself if I hadn’t struggled so much. I wouldn’t be as confident if I’d never had to fight to survive.
