We are going back to the “women’s gym” consisting of a bench and maybe a set of free weights in the corner, while the men’s gym includes every apparatus you can think of, a sauna, and a steam room.

Ken Klipperstein leaked full passport guidance for trans people:

- X markers will be a focal point
- Existing unexpired passports will remain good
- No guidance on confiscation, but it doesn’t seem like they will
- Renewals less clear but it looks like they will use “a preponderance of evidence”

So, a court hands down a stay order suspending the actions of DOGE as a possible legal and regulatory issue.

The Vice President says the judicial branch can’t interfere with the executive branch, with a colorful tweet.

It’s getting interesting out there…

We are going to occupy a currently demolished piece of lovely beachfront property for development, while displacing a whole bunch of angry, embittered locals with better supply lines than the Viet Cong ever had.

Sure. This ends well.

And, it’s one, two, three what are we fighting for?

Bringing Jim Crow back, so you can pretend “those people” don’t exist.

You know, “those people”, the transgenders, the gays, the hippies, the poors… And of course anyone not white enough.
Slate [Feb 2] -- Purpose of Trump multiple Executive Orders is to "create Jim Crow for trans people" by "fully disenfranchising them from society on a scale not seen since Jim Crow" (e.g., the legal racial caste system mostly in South from Civil War to 1960s).

Now, a bit of “search and replace”, remove a few links, and POOF! No unpleasant smoke, no photo ops, just POOF.

The argument I’m hearing from schools, clinics, and hospitals busily pre-obeying now…
"We have to allow this [org/shelter/hospital/school] to erase the trans community and comply to save everyone else"

Absolutely not.

I will not allow my community to be jettisoned to save yourself. Yes, if you don't, other groups may suffer, and you might too.

But we are all in this together.
