DURING THE "GREATEST GENERATION" after WW2 - 1950's tax-rates on Millionaires were up to 94% ( No Billionaires existed yet ), Truman lowered it to 86% Reagan lower it from 70% to 28%. Today Billionaires like Musk/Trump pay ZERO to 13%; YET, GOP call it SOCIALISM to raise it by 2% for infrastructure?
