I had a similar issue - not wanting to speak out because people wanted to see nature and hikes and adventures.. but yeah I’m over that. I founded a public lands 501c3 as a result of trump 1.0.. Without public lands, there won’t be anything to hike and no nature left.

I’m not currently licensed; I live in South America currently.. no license required to hold a private and confidential space for a person to vent, and as I don’t offer interventions, just a caring ear, there is extremely minimal risk of liability, but I appreciate your concern!
