Reminder for today: You cannot hate yourself into wellness.

If we expand on this, we cannot hate into making a healthy functional society.

Accountability of actions isn’t sufficient, that’s the reflexive “I’m sorry”.

What about if people took accountability for the consequences of their actions and were willing to work toward repair?

If I were looking for a head hunter to work with someone who is looking for a job but doesn’t know how to pull their skillset together and hasn’t written a resume in 15+ years, where might I look?

This morning I received a msg of “I hope you feel better” from someone who knew I was feeling unwell. My response was “I just want to sleep”. I had a COVID panic in that moment and had to go test. That hadn’t been on my list of possibilities yesterday. Took the 3-part and all were negative. PHEW!

We’re in court today challenging the Trump administration's censorship of patient safety research. Our clients’ articles were removed from a government-run website simply for mentioning LGBTQ patients.

Playing the game of “why am I so tired?”
1. Pollens. I’ve started taking Advair and Xopenex to see if it helps
2. Having overdone it Sunday
3. Coming off Cymbalta
4. HVAC work on the house that is messing up who is where for sleep and work.
5. Change of diet
6. Reentry from travel
all of it?
