Traumatised Palestinians are required to form a perfect pacifist government. Genocide may continue until they do this. They must perfectly mimic western democracy, minus the power and threats, or the murder continues. Also, if they do gather anywhere to do this, they'll be killed.

Why is it only beneficiaries who receive "tough love"?
"Landlords need tough love. If their rental units do not meet living standards they will be confiscated by the state with no compensation"
It's almost like when National say "actions have consequences", they only mean for some people?
