The store just cancelled my order and refunded me because "the price was incorrect".

The good news is that my cheapo PD power bank can easily power the whole length at reasonable brightness.
A power bank, USB-C PD trigger board set to 12V and a power supply doing the conversion from 12V to 5V, showing ~5V, 1.46A and 7.3W
