32/M. Just a guy who loves retro tech, video games, and Houseki no Kuni. AND DEFINITELY RACING. Also an occasional virtual photographer. Photo modes in games are what's up.
Yeah, while there's obvious fan service outfits, Stellar Blade has some genuinely nice fashionable ones, too! I like the Kill Bill reference one, too.

I personally am not too worried, since I saw the FPS counts on an RTX5080 via the PlayStation and Nvidia trailer, and knowing the PC requirements chart supporting 8 year old hardware.

I read it, and I feel like they VERY poorly articulated their point. They should've said that the differences were within margin of error, but the PR person emphasized the FPS difference, not the LACK of difference or 1%/0.1% lows.

You should be criticizing the lack of hardware specs on the chart.

Wait, I thought they were saying the performance was within margin of error...

I'd say #1!

It's crazy! Like back then, they were niche but alright racing games... but never loved by general critics.

...now? a few days ago, depending on your country, it was outselling FF7 Rebirth at moments, and you have a few saying arcade racing is back.

PlayStation 2 for me. There were too many amazing games, and enough good-to-great ones that you could go to a game shop and more than likely find something good at the time!

I sure hope the new TXR game still has them, too!

That ending hit hard, and for the better! Congrats on finishing an emotionally heavy game! Know that Automata does not slow down on said emotions, and it's final ending/section left me in tears and shock, so definitely let it sink in!

TRUEEEE. I was shocked that Elden Ring got the Labor of Love award when all they did was release a DLC. I don't care much for Stardew Valley nor No Man's Sky, but those devs are super dedicated while listening to their fans

Replicant is soooooo good. Did you finish Route E? That ending is so so good, and made me think Kainé is an amazing character.

All they need to call a remastered 4, 5, and Zero "ACE COMBAT - The Trinity" and my first day buy turns into a pre-order on first announcement (I'd still pre-order anyways)

Both NieR games? Niiice! Which one did you like better out of the two? I feel like Automata was the better game, but Replicant has such a good narrative...

I never got the chance to play Metaphor, unfortunately. I also thought Wukong was overrated even after the true ending, and Space Marine II only flourishes with a co-op buddy or two.

I hear it's a PROPER 1st person adventure game that focuses on actual adventure (instead of too much action), the raytracing is used properly for their art direction (not to mention good graphics), and the voice actor for Indiana Jones himself does a great job making him sound authentic!

(3/3) It's the dialogue that could be better. That, and some plot twists (save for one) are very on the nose. I think the story deserves a bit more respect, but it isn't near Automata's level (one of my personal GOATs)! It's Shift Up's first console game, after all. I went in with no expectations.

(2/3) The story is where the mixed opinions come. I personally find the story to be interesting. It's more Replicant-y than Automata-y, but it's the worldbuilding through what you see in the level design and the lore stuff (data logs, media, recorded thoughts) that I like.

(1/2) Yes! I personally enjoyed the game. Gameplay is polished as it can be (I love parry games though). Swordplay is smooth. The level design for the linear sections of the game are pretty, and the soundtrack, while varied, is actually amazing. Feels like a great PS2 game given next-gen life!
