Fun fact: the pizza roll was invented in Duluth by Bea Ojakangus. Gino Paulucci needed another product to utilize his egg roll machine. So naturally an Italian American owner of an American Chinese food company challenged a Finnish American cookbook writer. Jeno’s Pizza Rolls were the result.
