Automation sucks. Went to Kohls during lunch hour. Picked up one item, $40. Figured I would try the "Self Checkout". Swiped my Kohls card. Machine said, "Processing, wait for casher." There are none. After 8 minutes gave up and left. No wonder the human checkout line is 15 deep.
