First amaryllis bulb to produce a double stalk. Cannot wait to see the flowers. I inherited the bulb when my partner’s mom passed away; she never got to see it flower.

Baked myself a strawberry and cream cheese icing cake this morning,. I spread the icing thicker on one side for those days that are not as great as others. This afternoon, I cut from the thicker side.

First potato omelette I have ever made from farm raised chickens’s eggs. I felt like a king the entire time I was touching the eggs and eating the omelette.
