So, what's next?

In the lab, we are already applying this workflow to different systems and tissues reproducibly.

Whatever cell biology questions drive your research, we hope you can implement our approach to gain molecular level insights within the native tissue environment.

Geometry was key - FIBs are flexible!

Having the ability to image the dendritic network from alternate perspectives using planar lift out gives us different insights.

In this case, molecular variabilities in the microtubule network could be teased out.
