No Liverpool this weekend so let’s remember the best days. What is your favourite Reds match you were at?

My runners up;
Istanbul
Madrid
4-0 vs Barcelona,
Cardiff (2001)
7-0 vs Man Utd

Winner - last seasons Carabao Cup final. To go with my son for his first final was so special.

England fast bowlers bullying timid Aussie batsmen, am I living in some alternate universe?

Wow that is a ridiculous goal

Arsenal are so bad at creating in open play. They scored a shit load of corners in the first few months last season and once they dried up they fell apart.

Christ Beto is so shit

Feeling numb today.
I can’t stop thinking about his parents, his wife and his children.
All the things I take for granted; doing the school run or having a kick about in the garden will never happen for Diogo and his family.
It’s the little things that matter the most 💔

I wouldn’t normally bother but might even go to the Community shield this time.

If people don’t think loads of players have done the same or worse than TAA to get a move to Liverpool, I have some magic beans to sell you.

Just ignore it, enjoy being champions, get excited about new signings and enjoy it all, it’s what happens in football.

Can people stop crying about a £100m+ transaction taking a few weeks now?

Plans changed as I’ve got a sick child at home so jumped on the bike and surprisingly smashed it 🥵🥵🥵

There is actually people who think Ange shouldn’t have been sacked! I can not get my head around that.

With the squad he had, finishing 17th is arguably the biggest underachievement of any Premier League team.

Should have easily got top 8 and would have done with a semi competent manager.

My feeling based on nothing is that Liverpool are trying to finalise a few outgoings as well as Wirtz/Kerkez to not weaken their negotiating position at either end.

Wouldn’t be surprised if Nunez, Elliott and Tsimikas are deals been worked on currently to get them finalised at a similar time.

I can’t believe it’s 6 years ago.

It was already about 30 degrees in Madrid and the day was a big party before an inevitable win.

What a team that was and we were 6 months or so into a period of 18 months were Liverpool were almost unbeatable and far and away the best team in the world.
Six years on from número 6️⃣🏆✨

Some bit of work by Richard Hughes!
£10m for a player who would leave in 5 weeks for nothing and will not play again for the club.
👏👏👏👏
Trent Alexander-Arnold is set to join Real Madrid when the transfer window opens on Sunday, with Liverpool having banked a £10m fee to release the defender from his contract a month early.

I saw 1000s of kids today (incl my own) having so much fun. They were waving flags, blowing horns, shouting and singing and having a day to remember and getting a glimpse of the stars they adore.

For a few of them to end up in hospital breaks my heart and I’m hoping they all make a recovery.

Sharing….

following the incident in Liverpool City Centre this evening, if anyone is stranded in town, Wallasey based J&K Travel is running a shuttle service to the Wirral. The collection point is on the cobbled street outside Liverpool Museum

Mo Salah was involved in more goals than six entire teams this Premier League season, including Man United and Everton 🤭

It feels like Liverpool are trying to replicate 2017/18 period of buying 5 or 6 players that will be the core of the side for many years.

Mane, Salah, VVD, Alisson, Fabinho came to the club in a relatively short period of time and then a few years of very little activity.

If you have any Arsenal friends or colleagues, please check on them. Not only have they been 'trusting the process' for five years with nothing to show for it, now they’ve got to watch Spurs of all teams lifting a European trophy. Thoughts and prayers 🤣🤣🤣
