I got weirdly emotional watching the Hollyoaks and #Brookside crossover. I suppose it was a reminder of simpler times. Dean Sullivan as Jimmy Corkhill was very much missed

#Barnsley10k was a hot one! I'm really pleased with my time considering it's a decade since my last 10k race and I haven't been able to train for a couple of weeks. (1 hour and 18 seconds)

I keep seeing photos of an M&S strawberry sandwich. I thought I'd have a go at making my own. I didn't have any cream so substituted with crisps.

It's my second visit to the Leadmill this month, there's a chance it will be going by a different name this time best year 😔 So I'm glad I've had the chance to see two of my all time favourite songwriters there one last time.

Speaking on live radio is something very much out of my comfort zone but today felt very special as BBC Radio3 broadcast live from Cannon Hall Museum with Sarah Walker & Carols Across The Country. Live music by Grimethorpe Band a poem by Ian McMillan & I spoke about The Barnsley Carol
