Yo. Veggies are free and low calorie. Give me all that nutrient dense filler.

And @gregbaker.bsky.social is here, but I don’t think he is active much so we can talk shit about his inaccurate sandwich viewpoints all we want.

Some decent ones in there, and the sub really was a pleasant “no strings attached” one. Didn’t even have to order anything else.

All in all? It was fine. It was totally free. I have no regrets and would eat there again with no issues, but I am by no means in a rush to go back.

This pointless review comes to you courtesy of the 20 minute gap I have between meetings where I cannot get anything else done.

Unless you are just trying to save time or have great coupons, the regular retail price is not enough of a savings to get me to go to Subway instead.

The prices, though. Damn. I have seen people bitching about how expensive PubSubs have gotten, but at my local Publix a foot long Italian is only $0.20 more than a Subway BMT, and right now Publix is offering a $3 off coupon for whole subs.

The quality of the food is exactly what I remembered it to be. Not amazing. Not awful. The Parmesan Herb bread is still a great choice, and all the flavors are the same.

You can actually order a sandwich online without setting up an account with Subway. That alone is a big difference from many of the fast food places these days. Although it still gives me odd feelings to see a tip option when checking out on a fast food order.

This modified version of the original comic makes me think of you because you unfortunately run in several circles that firmly believe that you would really love THIS THING if you just looked at it from THEIR perspective.
