The projected cap space for the habs for the next 5 years after this season: $19,119,167, $51,128,334, $84,625,000, $84,625,000, $84,625,000. Salary cap management is (IMO) one of, if not the most important factor for winning in today's NHL. Hughes has done an excellent job of managing the cap.

physical benefits aside, i just find that yoga reallllly helps with keeping a clear mind + maintaining focus, which is especially beneficial for hockey

wait until you discover yoga. it makes both the body AND the mind feel amazing. i’m honestly surprised it isn’t mainstream for athletes to do it before a game tbh
