Like United are actively trying to get rid of strikers so that the only competition to Sesko is Mason Mount and Chido?!

Hind sight is 20-20, but part of me really wonders (hopes) that the mentality side of Sesko factored into why we didn't go for him. A year ago I really questioned how a young athletic promising striker wouldn't back himself to take Havertz shirt. Those penalties confirmed it my suspicions.

When is the Transfer Hourly starting???

Oh yeah, we l especially before the goal. We couldn't touch them, but at every Bruno whimper Hooper couldn't wait to blow his whistle. Meanwhile Mbuemo can attack our players faces

I wonder how much of these are being misrepresented as well. Morton was the £15 pound transfer that was actually £8 guaranteed with difficult add ons right?

He wouldn't get a pay day if he moved in January though. Need to stay for two years it seems like otherwise they tax you

Haha running as fast as he can to escape ten Hag

And I'm sure Arteta has taught everyone a bit of Spanish over the years 🤣
July 16, 2025 at 1:08 AM
I'm sorry they are worried about language between our new Spanish CB, with our Spanish GK, and Spanish midfielder(s)?
July 15, 2025 at 9:37 PM
City and Girona do, Salzburg and Leipzig do. Textor just didn't set his MCO up properly/ change things in time to get around the rules. By the time he tried it was too late.
July 11, 2025 at 4:20 PM
It's not really a crack down on MCO though. Just on Textor because he has no idea how to run things and find the loopholes. CFG, BlueCo, and RB clubs will continue to operate in the same competitions while swapping players back and forth.

And the "scoring for fun" 😭

Just wanted to say I have really enjoyed hearing you on the cycling podcast. I really enjoyed and have missed the Recycle podcast so it's great to hear you on the podwaves again!
July 8, 2025 at 11:25 PM
Just in response to the Guru discussion on the last podcast. You missed that Arsenal hired "Tekkers Guru" as an "attacking phase coach" www.bbc.com/sport/articl...

Probably not as much details on the fees, but there was also Potter and the coaching / scouting(?) staff
July 2, 2025 at 3:46 PM
Edu would have been negotiating this? Interesting that's it's a different order of negotiations to what he did at Arsenal
July 1, 2025 at 4:13 PM
I also think there is some new system coming in to replace PSR - something like squad cost ratio IIRC, just the teams couldn't agree on it for it to take effect this year. Not sure how the new system will work, but it might just a short period they need to get through.

Hypothetical: we sign Zubimendi, don't renew Partey, and keep Kiwior. Does Hato make more sense then if MLS is penciled in for more minutes in the 6 next season?
June 12, 2025 at 2:32 AM
Need to have the fire emoji for the how good you think the transfer would be btw. Excited for the first 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥&💩💩💩💩💩
June 9, 2025 at 1:31 AM
Although due to money I highly doubt Semenyo is doable after the big names 🤣
June 6, 2025 at 12:48 PM
With Kiwior staying he can also take some RCB minutes as a third option. But yeah ideally one more young versatile defender though especially with TP5 potential unavailability requiring MLS in mid and less cover at RB.

Hey, if you are looking at more history pods over the summer /the future I would be interested in some about the Women's Team! I only started following during the Jonas era, so I know it may seem like recent history but would still be interested in learning about Vic Akers, etc.
