The CJBS welcomes submissions for the second annual Buddhist Education Foundation of Canada Annual Article Award. This award will offer $1000 CAD to up to two articles written by graduate students or early career scholars deemed as excellent, with priority given to those with connections to Canada.

One of the best parts about academic events in Vienna so far is that a wine reception has invariably followed the talk, including real wine glasses! Too many memories of plastic or paper cups in North America, or shuffling off after events into the night with zero victuals…
